After our call, if you think it’s a good fit, you can follow the next steps in my follow-up email to book your design day and pay the deposit.

3. Once your design day is reserved, you’ll get access to our Notion hub where you can fill out the Brand Clarity Workbook and upload your photos. This is where you’ll tell me all about your business and provide your website copy. I’ll also get you to book in a day for our strategy call the week before your design day.

4. A week before your design day arrives, we’ll hop onto a 1-hour strategy call. We’ll use this time to dive deep into your business and further refine your copy.

5. Once your design day arrives, I’ll dive in and start customising your chosen template to reflect your vision, using all the materials you provided.

6. Before I hand your new website over, I’ll record a customised tutorial video to guide you through your new website. You’ll also get access to a library of Squarespace tutorials so you can confidently make future edits.

7. I’ll then invite you to access your beautiful new website, and send over any files I’ve used to create it. 

8. Lastly, I’ll transfer ownership over to you and your website is ready to launch. You’ll have up to 2 weeks to think of any revisions you might want me to make. You get 2 rounds of revisions during those two weeks. After this time comes to an end, revisions are up, but you still have unlimited email tech support for any issues you have.

My templates are pre-built layouts that you customise on your own. Whereas a template “restyle” is done for you. When you select this service, you’ll get up to 5 customised pages, along with a copy workbook and professional copy edit.

Depending on which package you choose, I’ll customise up to 5 pages. As a standard, this typically includes the following pages: home, about, services, contact, and blog. More pages are available at an additional fee.

You need to have a logo, brand colours, and ideally professional photos/headshots, or professionally-gathered stock imagery before we start. Then when you sign up, I’ll send you a Brand & Copy Workbook which will help you get your copy ready. This will need to be completed prior to the start of your design week.

This is a speedy 1 day process so I won’t have time to do revisions before handover but you’ll receive everything you need to feel confident making changes on your own.
