Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ofthewild.studio. By using this site or purchasing something from Of The Wild, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Split payments

Of The Wild templates include the option for split payments: Paying half up-front, and half in one month. By purchasing from Of The Wild with this payment term selected, you agree to pay the full balance of your purchase on-time. Customers who select this method of payment will not receive full ownership of their website template until payment has been rendered in full. In the event of a declined charge, Of The Wild will inform the customer to immediately change their payment method to a valid credit card, and will retry the payment periodically. If the customer refuses to cooperate or is unable to be reached within 5 calendar days of the final payment due date, Of The Wild will remove the customer’s access from the template and set it’s visibility to “Private” until the customer is able to make payment. Again, template ownership will not be transferred until payment is made in full.

Single use license

All Of The Wild templates come with a single use license, meaning they can be used once on a website. You do not have permission to use templates on commercial Squarespace projects, and cannot allow your clients to utilise them on their websites.

Our designs are copyrighted Of The Wild.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. Of The Wild owns the property rights to all designs and graphics included in your design. You are prohibited from sharing the theme or any design elements we provide with additional users.

Designers are prohibited from claiming our themes as their own and promoting them as original work.

All photographs used in demo sites are not for use with any live website. Please be sure to replace all demo photographs.

Modifications

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time, and by using the Of The Wild website, you agree to the most current version that’s publicly available.
